The complex, spicy sweet flavor of Chai is best appreciated on its own, although the tea also goes well with simple desserts or plain baked goods like butter cookies, brioche and croissants.
DirectionsAdd 1 tsp. chai mix to 3/4 cup boiling water. Steep 4 to 5 minutes and strain. Top off with 1/4 cup hot milk or dairy substitute and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste. Makes 1 serving.
