Damiana is a flowering shrub with aromatic leaves. A native of Mexico, Central America and the American Southwest, it has long been used to make lovers' teas, flavored wines and cordials.

    • Origin: Mexico

    • Directions: To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of herb. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
